Scenic Dr.) overlooking The Dalles and the Columbia River Gorge $25 pre-entry, $30 after July 31 Goodie Bags and Dash Plaques for the 1st 250 cars 40+ awesome trophies, music, food, vendors, raffles, entertainment, games and more.
